At Keystone Basements we are fully dedicated to a smooth transition from the initial planning to the finish product. Here's a snapshot of the intial process:

Step 1:  Initial home visit-

At this step we are interested in hearing what your vision is for the basement finish. At your request we also provide feedback as to design ideas you may not have considered. Following this we take an accurate dimensional measurement of the basement. Being accurate with both hearing what you would like the basement to look like, its specific features such as a media room or game room, and an accurate square footage calculation is critical to giving you the most fair estimate for your basement project.

Step 2: CAD drawing and estimate-

With the dimensional measurements and features desired, we generate a very accurate set of plans of your future basement layout. We not only can provide you two dimensional drawings but three dimensional drawings as well. Three dimensional drawing give you a "feel" for what the future basement area will look like. With all the factors involved, a very specific, line by line, estimate is generated. Square footage, mechanical requirements, specific features and finish work is all considered and outlined for your review.

Step 3: 2nd home visit-

At this stage of the process we review all the features of the basement project and go over the estimate, line by line, with you. At this stage many design details are worked through so the finished project is exactly as you desire.

Follow-up-

Following a thourough and critical review of all esitmates, we hope at this point we will have earned your business and can begin the work on your basement project
